德国贾克尔环境物理学与咨询研究所总经理Ulf Janicke博士来访我院

2018年9月26日至28日,德国贾克尔环境物理学与咨询研究所(JanC)总经理Ulf Janicke博士作为我院年度外专引智项目专家来访我院。我院刘立业副院长会见Janicke博士并出席了26日的交流会。

Dr. Ulf Janicke, the executive of Janicke Consulting (JanC) and one of the invited experts in the CIRP International Exchange Program 2018, visited CIRP       from September 26 to 28. Liu Liye, the vice president of CIRP, met with Dr. Janicke and attended the exchange meeting on Sept. 26.

交流过程中,Janicke博士通过一系列学术报告详细介绍了德国及其邻国使用的德国工程师协会(VDI)标准、大气扩散模型(拉格朗日粒子模型)、气溶胶传输过程的拉格朗日模型(LASAT)以及决策支持系统LASAIR (基于拉格朗日模型的放射性核素气态扩散与吸入计算系统)。其中,  LASAIR系统由JanC代表德国联邦辐射防护办公室(Bfs)于2001年成功研发,并于2018年实施重大升级。该系统采用JAVA FXWindows and Linus)开发的交互式操作界面,图形化输入/输出基于Open Street Map(OSM)开发,建筑物信息均引自OSM系统,可被用于世界上任何位置,进行沉降计算、放射性衰减计算以及伽马云辐照强度计算。Janicke博士为与会人员演示了LASAIR系统的操作方法,以展示其更多技术特点,并赠送该系统为我院使用。

During the exchange, a set of academic presentations given by Dr. Janicke introduced the system of Association of German Engineers (VDI) standards used   in Germany and its neighboring countries, dispersion modelling (Lagrangian particle modelling in particular), Lagrangian Simulation of Aerosol Transport          (LASAT) as well as decision support system LASAIR (Lagrangian Simulation of Atmospheric dispersion and Inhalation of Radionuclides) in detail, among which LASAIR system was developed by JanC on behalf of German Federal Office for Radiation Protection (Bfs) in 2001 and achieved a major update in 2018. With       interactive interface based on JAVA FX (Windows and Linux), graphical input and output based on Open Street Map (OSM) and building information shared        from OSM, LASAIR system is applicable to worldwide locations to calculate deposition, radioactive decay and gamma cloud radiation. Dr. Janicke also                conducted a demonstration of the operational method of LASAIR system and presented a demo version to CIRP for test use. 

28日下午,双方在座谈会上表明了合作意向,具体领域包括学术交流、培训以及科研项目。双方认为在干湿沉降模型、拉格朗日粒子模型的数学计算等方面存在合作的可能性。Janicke博士表示可针对LASAT模型、LASAIR系统等的使用对我院科研人员进行培训与指导,帮助我院根据自身特殊性调整并应用LASAT模型并拓展我院与德国其他研究机构在大气扩散模型领域的交流与合作。Janicke博士在会后参观了核环境科学研究所的大气边界层风洞实验室。 

On Sept. 28, both sides expressed cooperation intentions in the areas of scientific exchange, training and research projects, especially in dry and wet               deposition modelling, mathematicl calculation of Lagrangian particle modelling, etc. Dr. Janicke is willing to provide courses on the usage of dispersion model LASAT and LASAIR system to CIRP research groups, help CIRP adjust and apply dispersion model LASAT and assist CIRP in searching new linkages and          exchanges with related institutes in Germany. After the meeting, Dr. Janicke visited the atmospheric boundary layer wind tunnel of the Department of Nuclear       Environmental Science.

JanC位于德国南部,在空气质量相关领域有30余年的丰富经验并取得丰硕成果。该公司研究并开发了LASAT模型、气味扩散筛选模型(SMOD)、干湿烟羽抬升模型(PLURIS)、官方参考模型(AUSTAL2000)、用于机场的LASAT模型(LASPORT)以及LASAIR系统,并参与制定一系列环境污染控制标准。Janicke博士担任公司总经理一职,主要研究领域包括复杂风场、干湿沉降、花粉传播以及质量保证等,并致力于大气扩散模型的开发。Janicke博士在VDI/德国标准化学会(DIN)的多个工作组以及AUSTAL2000在其他国家的普及过程中发挥着重要的学术领导作用。此外,他还是VDI空气质量分部成员,国际民航组织(ICAO)及其航空环境保护委员会(CAEP)模型与数据组(MDG)成员。

Located in Southern Germany, JanC has almost 30 years’of experience and expertise in various air quality issues. JanC developed the dispersion model         LASAT ,screening model for odour dispersion (SMOD), plume rise model for dry and wet plumes (PLURIS), official reference model (AUSTAL2000), LASAT    for airports (LASPORT), LASAIR system and has been contributing a substantial part to the development of standards on air pollution control. As the executive of JanC, Dr. Janicke mainly studied in the areas of complex flow fields, dry and wet deposition, pollen transport, and quality assurance and devoted to the                    development of dispersion models. He had the scientific lead of several working groups in the    VDI/ German Institute of Standards (DIN) and the introduction of AUSTAL2000 in other countries. He is also a member of the VDI subdivision of air quality and the International Civil Aviation Organization  (ICAO) /                    Committee on Aviation Environmental Protection within ICAO (CAEP) modelling and data group (MDG).
